DISPATCH: If your selected product is in stock your order will be shipped within 2 days. Some items we have in stock but still need to be made up. However, if we do not have your item made it can take 7-10 days for it to be sent. In most cases we let you know if its going to be longer than 7 days before your parcel is sent.
We will email you a tracking number within one business day after your order is sent. Watch out for this email so you can track the progress of your order.
All packages must be signed for upon delivery, so please ensure that you provide your delivery street address and contact phone number. We are also unable to re-direct orders once they have been dispatched, so triple check all details are entered correctly in the checkout.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the time frame expected. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch (make sure you watch out for that dispatch email).
