All items returned must be in their original condition (not worn, used or washed) with their original tags intact.  You must provide proof of purchase and they must be received by us within 14 days of dispatch for European customers and 21 days for international customers.

To be exchanged or refunded, it is very important for you to follow our sizing chart or email us @[email protected], with any questions before you purchase before to ensure you have the perfect fitting bikinis.

Please note that all colour shades can slightly differ in each production run. We also shoot a lot of our photography on film, therefore lighting may have an effect on the colour(s) in the photos and the fabric colour may appear slightly different in real life.

Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any faulty items. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the refund, so it is recommended to use a tracked method for safe delivery.

Once your item is returned to us, has been inspected and agreed upon by both parties, your original method of payment will be credited with a refund (minus original shipping charges and duties paid). Please allow 14 business days for your refund to be processed. You will be notified by email once finalised.
